Pu'erh Tea Cakes

Pu'erh tea undergoes an aging / fermenting process; creating deep earthy flavors with little to no tannins or astringency. The fermenting process helps to create a unique microbiome on this tea leaf, promoting healthy gut microbiota and supporting digestion.

1 cake can be steeped several times, using 8 - 16 ounces of boiled water per steep. You may also cut the cake in half, making less or smaller cups at a time.
